Rental Rates:
- Weekday Rate: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday $100 per day.
- Weekend Rate: Friday, Saturday and Sunday $125 per day. $325 for a three day weekend package (Friday to Sunday).
Rental Counter hours:
9:00AM - 6PM Tuesday to Saturday
10:00AM - 5:00PM Sunday
Rentals made near the close of business must be made at least one hour before the close of business to allow time for paperwork, prepare the bike for rental, and conduct a safety walk around.
Rental returns near the close of business must be made at least one hour before the close of business; to allow time for bike inspection, close paperwork, and clean the bike for the next business day. No exceptions; unless 'prior' & 'reasonable' arrangements are made, agreed upon, and documented by a AVHD rental department representative.

| Rental Requirements: - A minimum of 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and motorcycle endorsement(temporary permits are not applicable).
- Must have a major credit card (not a debit card) with a $2000 authorization. $2000.00 authorizations will be made at the time of pick up and will be released back to the customer at the time of drop off; provided that the motorcycle is returned in same condition it was assigned .
- Must have the knowledge, experience, and actual ability to operate a heavyweight motorcycle.
- Proof of insurance (primary policy)recommended *
Available Insurance Coverage:
- Supplemental Liability(SLI)
$12.44 per day
Minimum insurance required to operate a vehicle in the State of California. SLI provides protection for the renter from third party liability. This means if a renter injures other people or someone else's property in a vehicle accident they have caused, they will be protected up to $1,000,000.00 of liability protection. More detailed information in regards to specific terms and conditions available at the rental counter on the "Optional Supplemental Liability Insurance Summary" phamplet.
- Personal Accident Personal Property Coverage(PAPP)
$8.85 per day
Personal Accident Coverage provides an accidental occurance expense benefit for the renter & their passenger for bodily injury resulting from an accident during the rental period. Provides medical expense coverage (both rider and passenger) up to $2,500.00
each. Provides accidental demise coverage up to $50,000.00 for the rider and $25,000.00 for the passenger.
Personal Property Coverage provides protection for the renter's and passenger's personal property (i.e. belongings carried by the renter and passenger during the rental period). Personal Property Coverage $750.00 per person with an aggregate limit total of $1500.00. $2000.00 authorizations (on each motorcycle rented) will be made at the time of pick up
and will be released back to the customer at the time of return / drop off ; provided that the
motorcycle is returned in the same condition it was assigned. Customers are responsible for the first $2000 in damages that occur during their rental period. The complete authorization
will be retained if : damages incurred during the rental period exceed $2000.00, there is
a total loss of the rental vehicle, or theft / disappearance of the rental vehicle.
Due to the restrictions of California State regulations (in regards to rental vehicles), we are
constrained from offering a practical loss damage waiver policy. Offering such a policy
would of effectively limited the customer's financial responsibility within a certain monetary
parameter ($2000.00); in the probable event of the loss or major damage(s) of a rental
vehicle. In the absence of available insurance (or loss/damage waiver) to cover damages
over the applied authorization or the total loss of the rental vehicle; the customer becomes
fully responsible for the repair or replacement of the rental vehicle. With this information
at hand, it is advised (but not required) that you please contact your insurance company
and inquire if you are covered for renting a motorcycle (which is classified as a
"recreational vehicle" in California). If you are, please bring a copy of this proof of insurance
so we may attach this to your rental agreement for your convenience. If you are from outside
the United States, it is recommended (but not a requirement) that you purchase
a temporary vehicle insurance or an accident protection plan prior to leaving your country
of origin. If you decide to do so, please bring a copy of this proof of insurance so it may be
attached to your rental agreement for your convenience.

| Motorcycle Rental Discounts:
- We are more than happy to apply motorcyle rider related discounts(i.e. HOG,AMA,MSF, Military, Police, Fireman, Frequent Customer, etc). However...all motorcycle rental related discounts are applicable depending on how the customer cares for the motorcycle during his/her rental period. If the bike is returned in a condition other than it was released, and the additional discrepencies are not disclosed(or the fact of the discrepency is concealed) by the renter at the time of return, there is no obligation to honor the discount. Multiple discounts (or stacking of discounts)cannot be applied towards a rental (i.e. : HOG + MSF + AMA + weekend rate). A limit of one discount per rental can be applied.
