Rental Rates:
- Weekday Rate: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday $100 per day.
- Weekend Rate: Friday, Saturday and Sunday $125 per day. $325 for a three day weekend package (Friday to Sunday).
Rental Counter hours:
9:00AM - 6PM Monday to Saturday
10:00AM - 4:00PM Sunday
Rentals made near the close of business must be made at least 45 (forty-five) minutes before the close of business to allow time for paperwork, prepare the bike for rental, and conduct a safety walk around.
Rental returns near the close of business must be made at least 45 (forty-five) minutes before the close of business; to allow time for bike inspection, close paperwork, and clean the bike for the next business day. No exceptions; unless 'prior' & 'reasonable' arrangements are made, agreed upon, and documented by a AVHD rental department representative. | Rental Requirements: - A minimum of 25 years of age with a valid drivers license and motorcycle endorsement.

| Delivery and pick up of a rental motorcycle available only upon special request and approval. Delivery & pickup charge of each bike is $100.00 and limited to a 50 mile range. In addition, appointments for delivery must be made at least two weeks in advance. Delivery times are limited to the Rental Counter's business hours and the availability of the shop's driver (i.e. previous delivery/pick up appointments, designated work schedule of Tues-Sat). In addition, deliveries are limited to our shop truck's access to a maintained "paved" road, street or highway.
Rental agreement for a rented motorcycle must be signed by the driver/renter of the rented vehicle at the time of opening of the rental agreement. Rental agreements cannot be opened ahead of time. Once opened, that is when the rental period begins. Driver/renter of the rented motorcycle must be present at the opening of the rental agreement for the required pre-inspection and safety walk around of the rented vehicle. Delivered motorcycle rentals will begin (the same as a regular rental) when the motorcycle leaves Antelope Valley Harley-Davidson property. Rental period will end when the delivered motorcycle is returned to Antelope Valley Harley-Davidson and paperwork is closed. The driver/renter of the motorcycle must be present at the close of the rental agreement to insure the vehicle is returned in the original rental condition it was issued and to finalize the paperwork.
Rental motorcycles are maintained and inspected on a regular and scheduled basis. Should the motorcycle have a cosmetic discrepency, it will be noted prior to the customer riding the vehicle. Any additional discrepency found at the end of the customer's rental agreement or proceeding inspection, will be the customer's responsibility as per rental agreement. | |
